Tackle Division: It is now required that
each family that registers will be required to complete 5 volunteer
hours throughout
the season. Coaches and team moms are excluded.
Volunteers are extremely important. There are so many things
that are needed at the field and behind the scenes.

Areas
The following is a list of areas in which
we will be needing volunteers:
1. Game Day Set up – 5-6
per home game
2. Chain Crew – 3 per game,
7 games x home games
4. Music – 1 per game,
7 games x home games
5. League Stores Sales- 2 per
game, 7 games x home games
6. 50/50 Sales – 1 team
coordinator, 3 per game , 7 games x home games
7. Game Day Tear Down – 5-6
per home game
8. Team Mom – 1 per team
7 tackle, 7 cheer
9. Yearbook Committee – 1
Editor, 2 reps per team (Cheer and Tackle) – coordinates team sales and
photos. Also delivers yearbook.
10. Homecoming Committee -2 representatives
per team (cheer and Tackle) coordinates team participation, collects all money,
coordinates food and beverage purchases and set up.
11. League Weekly Newsletter – 1
Editor/ Coordinator, 3 team contributors (tackle and cheer) who summarize games/gather
team info and 1 per team responsible for handing out newsletter.
12. Equipment Handout – 6
people
13. Equipment Pick Up – 5
people
14. Jamboree – set up and
break down – 12 people
15. Homecoming – set up
and tear down – 12 people
16. Trophy Day – set up
and tear down – 12 people
17. Cheerleading Competition – various
areas
18. Fundraising – People
to actively help raise money in various ways through the season.
